Batya Swift Yasgur

Batya Swift Yasgur (est. birth 1960) - is an active medical journalist, author, and licensed social worker, residing in Teaneck, New Jersey. Her 4-volume Bina Gold Mystery series is a collection of detective fiction for younger readers published between 1996 and 2001. The stories focus on the adventures of Bina Gold and are set within the context of the Orthodox Jewish community. She has also contributed to Mystery Midrash: An Anthology of Jewish Mystery & Detective Fiction (see Rabbi Laurence Raphael in this Bibliography) and received awards for other publications in the mystery genre.
